Our clinical CASE EXAMPLE
of ENDODONTIC TREATMENTS UNDER SEDATION
HERE'S AN example of a root canal or root canal restoration
dental roots under sedation
With a team of anaesthetists and endodontic specialists, we proceeded with the root canalization of 3 teeth that were poorly filled and the root canalization of 2 others.
We achieved this in one afternoon under sedation on a stomatophobic patient (phobic of dental care).
This sedation technique is particularly effective for phobic patients, but also for people in a hurry, seeking comfort or far from centers of excellence in search of compact care.
Initial clinical situation before treatment
operating protocol:
Obturation of the lateral accessory canal in the middle of the root. Lateral condensation technique with hot gutta percha.
Work under high-resolution microscope control.
To the left:
Radiological situation BEFORE repeat endodontic treatment.
Right:
Radiological situation AFTER repeat endodontic treatment.
We can see that the new treatments (white lines) are complete right down to the roots.
